Service Description

It is a service prior to obtaining the trade license through which the legal form of the company, the economic activities and the license parties (partners) are determined. The customer can obtain it before or after the trade name reservation.

Purposes of requesting the initial approval:

Obtaining a commercial site lease contract.
Obtaining the approvals of other parties related to economic activities that require external approvals from the competent authorities (such as: The Health Authority, the Roads and Transport Authority, and the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority) and others.

Issuance of initial approval

Select the main business activity (the primary activity and the additional activities)
Add the license parties and their nationalities
Select the legal form of the company
Select the license type (normal license, instant license, DED trader license)
Add the license details
Add the partners details (partners, managers and local service agent if any) such as address, contact information, identification number (Emirates ID number, passport or unified number), position in the company and ownership shares.
Add Ultimate Beneficiary owners
Confirm details
Pay via one of the available payment methods
Issue the Initial Approval
